Day Program
Arundel Lodge’s Day Program provides a structured, supportive environment where individuals can build independence, manage mental health symptoms, and stay actively engaged in their recovery journey. Located at our main campus just outside of Annapolis, the program welcomes participants throughout the year and offers a consistent routine designed to promote stability and growth.
Participants attend the program Monday through Thursday and are provided with a warm, welcoming space to connect with others, learn new skills, and participate in meaningful daily activities. Nutritious meals, including breakfast and lunch, are provided each day.
What to Expect
Participants have the opportunity to attend two class periods each day, choosing from a variety of group options based on their interests and goals. With a wide range of classes offered each week, individuals can explore new skills while building confidence in a supportive setting.
Our staff design and lead groups that focus on real-life skills, wellness, and personal growth, creating a dynamic environment where participants are encouraged to learn, connect, and thrive.
