Arundel Lodge’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) provides comprehensive therapy and medication management services guided by the Recovery Model—a philosophy centered on each individual’s strengths, goals, and personal journey. What to Expect
During your intake, you will complete registration and an initial assessment to determine your needs and goals. From there, you may be connected to therapy services, medication management, or both. Our team works with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and coordinate your care moving forward.
Services
We offer a broad range of outpatient mental health services, including:
- Medication Management: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring
- Person-Centered Treatment Planning: Individualized plans based on your goals and needs
- Therapy Services: Individual, group, and family therapy
- Peer Support: Guidance from individuals with lived experience
- Trauma-Informed Care: Sensitive and supportive approaches for trauma recovery
- Transition and Discharge Planning: Support for maintaining progress beyond treatment
- Language Accessibility: Spanish-speaking therapist and ASL therapist available
- Referrals and Connections: Assistance with accessing additional services or programs
Who We Serve
Services are available to adults ages 18 and older seeking support for mental health or substance use concerns.

Arundel Lodge accepts a variety of insurance plans. Our staff will review your coverage during the intake process and help you understand any copays or financial responsibilities prior to receiving services.

How to Access Services
No referrals are required.
To begin services, clients may walk in for an intake during our designated intake hours. Intakes are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Walk-In Intake Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
If you arrive during intake hours, our team will begin the registration process and complete initial paperwork. If capacity is reached for the day, you will still be registered and scheduled for a follow-up intake appointment within a few business days.
Please bring the following:
- Photo ID
- Insurance Card
- Social Security Number
These items are required to complete your intake and schedule ongoing services.
