We maintain internal controls and oversight processes that support accountability, integrity, and adherence to healthcare laws, insurance requirements, and professional standards.

Anonymous Compliance Reporting

As part of our commitment to transparency and ethical practices, Arundel Lodge offers an anonymous reporting hotline through Lighthouse Services. This service is available to employees, clients, families, and community members who wish to report concerns confidentially.

Reports may include concerns related to:

  • Fraud or abuse
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Violations of laws or company policies
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Ethical concerns
  • Theft or misuse of resources
  • Quality of care or service concerns
  • Internal control or operational issues

Complaints & Concerns

Your Right to Confidentiality

Arundel Lodge takes your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We follow strict federal and Maryland state regulations regarding the protection and release of medical records and protected health information (PHI).

Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), your health information is protected and may not be used or disclosed without your authorization except in specific situations permitted or required by law.
