Telehealth Appointments: How to Join
Accessing your telehealth appointment is quick and easy. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a secure link to join your session.
To get started, click the link in your email and create a password for your On Call account. This only needs to be completed once and will allow you to access your appointment.
You will receive reminder emails 24 hours before your appointment and again 1 hour prior. These reminders will include your appointment details and a “Join Session” button.
On the day of your appointment, you can click “Join Session” up to 10 minutes before your scheduled time to enter your visit.
Before joining, please make sure your device is ready and that you have a stable internet connection to ensure the best experience.
What You’ll Need for Your Telehealth Appointment
To ensure a smooth and successful visit, please have the following ready:
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet, private space where you can speak comfortably
- Your login information for your On Call account
- Any questions, concerns, or updates you’d like to discuss with your provider
