Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center
The Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center provides same-day support for mental health and substance use concerns. Located on the campus of Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center, the clinic offers short-term urgent care in a safe, supportive setting.
Our team includes mental health clinicians, peer support specialists, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners. Together, they provide assessment, intervention, medication support when appropriate, care coordination, and a person-centered aftercare plan to support recovery and wellness.
What to Expect
When you arrive, you will complete registration and meet with a clinical team member for an assessment. Based on your needs, you may receive therapeutic support, medication evaluation, care coordination, and referrals for ongoing services.
Before you leave, the team will review your next steps and create an aftercare plan to help connect you with the right level of continued care.
